Fried sand bananas
18 undercooked kepok bananas
80 grams of multipurpose flour
100 grams of sugar
1 tsp vanilli extract
1/4 tsp salt
130 ml of water
120 grams of bread flour / pan
Right amount of oil
How to make:
- Mix flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and water, mix well, set aside
- slice the banana into 4-5 parts without interruption and fan shape. - Smear the kepok banana with the flour mixture above, then give the bread flour, do it until the batter runs out. - banana fry with plenty of oil on medium heat until golden brown. Remove, drain, serve
