Tempe jeletot
Material :
1 tempe board, iris² rather thick, sliced the middle part do not break, set aside.
Filling material:
1 carrot stem of small, shaved uk
5 pieces of cabbage, thinly sliced
1 stalk of sliced leeks
Blend:
10 pieces of red pepper
4 grain bawmer
3 cloves bawput
2 tbsp hot cooking oil
Powdered broth and gulpas to taste
Flour dough ingredients:
5 tbsp of flour
1 tsp coriander powder
1 stalk of sliced leeks
½ tsp BP
Water, powdered broth and salt to taste
Cooking oil
How to create an answer:
Stir fry spices and then add carrots, cabbage and spring onion, stir well add gulpas and powdered broth, cook until done. Put the contents on the middle slices of tempeh, do it until it runs out, set aside.
Stir all the ingredients of flour, dip the tempe in the flour mixture and then fry until cooked.
