Kupas pisang yang sudah masak dibelah dua jemur sampai kering.
Campur tepung beras, sedikit air kapur, sedikit garam,dan air secukupnya aduk hingga adonan tercampur rata.
Celupkan pisang yang sudah dijemur kedalam adonan tepung, goreng dalam minyak panas hingga matang dan kering, angkat dan tiriskan.
