A report states that the United States (US) has been preparing to attack Iran's nuclear facilities.
The report was presented by the Australian media ABC quoting an internal government source, quoted by Russian Today as saying Friday (7/27/2018).
"The United States has begun preparing to bomb Iran's nuclear sites, I am sure its attack will occur in early August," the source said.
Australia, which entered into an international intelligence alliance named Five Eyes, reportedly provided assistance in identifying targets to be destroyed.
The identification aid is likely to be given by Britain. The remaining two members, New Zealand and Canada, will not participate in military operations.
The report comes after US and Iranian ties escalated. President Hassan Rouhani said the conflict with Iran could be a source of all wars.
Rouhani's remarks were then countered by US President Donald Trump not to threaten the US "or would suffer the consequences".
The commander of Iran's elite forces, Quds, said that if Trump so deployed a military operation, then the US would be destroyed.
"I also ask Trump to stop harassing Iranian leaders and their people," the commander said.
Iran-US relations have begun to deteriorate since Trump announced its decision to withdraw from a nuclear agreement made in 2015.
The treaty named the Comprehensive Action Plan Combined (JCPoA) was called Trump as the worst in US history.
The reason is that the agreement made by Iran with six countries and the EU does not contain the necessity of Iran to remove its ballistic missile.
In addition, the agreement made in 2015 also does not include allegations of Iran's activities in the Middle East such as in Yemen and Syria.
