In the list is good-karma, esteemapp, and some others.
good-karma I know for a fact is a power user, one of the main developers of several blockchain based Steem apps if I remember correctly.
As long as you make quality comments and not just a ".", it should be fine.
IF anyone asks, explain it seems go be some "feature" of eSteem.
Interesting... ther's a pattern emerging.
First comment you makeon a post (seems the comment needs a certain length to count ?) gets the 8 votes.
then there's 8 OTHER votes that sometimes appear, but these one's must be VERY low powered, as tehy barely change the value of the comment at all...
