In simple terms when you do well repeatedly, people will begin to trust you.
When you begin to do, the reverse people will begin to lose trust.

When we lose confidence in someone it is very difficult to recover it again, that is why we must take great care of the relationship.
In jobs sometimes people do not know how to say "no" and are filled with responsibilities and then can not comply and become irresponsible.

Trust like reputation takes time to build but can be destroyed overnight.
Humans by default don't trust so easily, it has to be earned and we must do all we can to maintain that level of trust.

I for one have trust issues. I hardly trust but when I do I do it completely and if a person do something to break the trust I have in him or her then that trust can never be regain.
