Although I do not have kids, my friends do and Elsa was apparently all the rage a year or two ago. You nailed it @lenasveganliving. I wish I could get all of those yummies, here, in Costa Rica. I’ve had my eye out for some things but have fallen short. If I see spriulina I’m grabbing it. Oh, and love me some dragon fruit. 😋. This is top notch sista!

It’s a shame but most “supplements” I can’t really get here. They hold them up at customs and then if they release it to you it’s for a cost more expensive than the product. When friends come to visit I’ll be using some of their suitcase storage for sure. Haha

Right now we are in the Central Valley but we move to Tamarindo area tomorrow. That’s on the pacific north coast, Guanacaste province. Sure would be cool to meet you in Costa Rica. Where are you planning to visit?
Edit: I mean, do you know if you’re flying into San Jose or Liberia? Liberia would be closer to where we are living next month, whereas San Jose is right where we are now. We are heading to panama next month. Only for a quick trip but we’ll be staying wayyyy down there in April. Haha… we have been somewhat nomadic.
Well, when I go there, it will be somewhere by the beach. So make sure you live near beach by the next year,😃 But if you are moving to the Guanacaste province, that shouldn't be a problem 🌴🐋🌴
