My body hurts just reading this post. But then again, when I was your age, I used to jump out of airplanes. :-) Be safe ... the injuries will continue to ache for a lifetime.

Haha! Man i follow the traffic rules , but i know that sometime rules and luck cant help u... But bike riding has become my passion.... I just cant imagine leaving bike riding. Hope i ll stay well! 😋😊😅
