Hallo Steemians, hari ini saya ingin membagikan informasi dan photo tentang kegiatan Sosialisasi Beras Sejahtera atau Rastra dan Program Keluarga Harapan atau PKH tadi malam di Gampong Teungoh Kecamatan Nisam senin 26 Februari 2018 atas undangan geuchik setempat.
Hallo Steemians, today I want to share information and photo about the activities of Rice Prosperity Socialization or Rastra and Family Hope Program or PKH last night at Gampong Teungoh Nisam Sub-district on Monday February 26, 2018 at the invitation of local geuchik.
Acara tersebut dihadiri oleh Seluruh Pendamping PKH, Pendamping Rastra dan TKSK Kecamatan Nisam, Kepala Desa, Tuha Peut, Tokoh Agama, Tokoh Masyarakat, Pemuda dan Masyarakat serta Keluarga Penerima Manfaat atau KPM di Gampong Teungoh.
The event was attended by all PKH Assistants, Rastra Assistants and TKSK of Nisam Sub-district, Village Head, Tuha Peut, Religious Leaders, Community Leaders, Youth and Community and Beneficiary Family or KPM in Gampong Teungoh.
Hayatullah Kumaini, A.Md selaku Koordinator PKH Di Kecamatan Nisam mewakili Pendamping PKH dalam kesempatan tersebut menjelaskan tentang pelaksanaan program PKH mulai dari penentuan nama penerima, penjaringan KPM yang layak menerima sampai kepada mekanisme pelaksanaan PKH dari tahun 2012 sampai sekarang.
Hayatullah Kumaini, A.Md as PKH Coordinator In Nisam Sub-district represent PKH Assistant in the opportunity to explain about PKH program implementation starting from determination of recipient name, KPM eligible to receive up to PKH implementation mechanism from 2012 until now.
Hayatullah Kumaini, A.Md mengatakan, "KPM calon PKH disaring yang memenuhi kriteria PKH, mulai dari ibu hamil dan anak sekolah, sedangkan nama calon KPM itu ditentukan oleh Kementerian Sosial sesuai dengan data dari BPS". ujarnya.
Hayatullah Kumaini, A.Md said, "KPM PKH candidates are screened that meet PKH criteria, starting from pregnant women and school children, while the names of KPM candidates are determined by the Ministry of Social Affairs in accordance with data from BPS". he said.
Muhammad Fazil, ST Pendamping Rastra yang juga Selaku TKSK Kecamatan Nisam menjelaskan tentang pelaksanaan Rastra 2018 mulai dari apa itu Rastra, bagaimana penentuan nama penerima, mekanisme penyaluran sampai kepada tata cara pergantian serta pendataan Basis Data Terpadu yang menjadi data dasar kemiskinian di sebuah daerah.
Muhammad Fazil, ST Assistant of Rastra who also as TKSK of Nisam Sub-district explained about the implementation of Rastra 2018 starting from what is Rastra, how to determine recipient name, distribution mechanism to change procedure and data collection of Integrated Database which become the basic data of poverty in a region.
Dalam kegiatan tersebut muncul beberapa pertanyaan, mulai bagaimana penentuan penerima, kapan pendataan BDT, kenapa beras menjadi 10 Kg dari sebelumnya 15 Kg, sampai kepada mekanisme pergantian KPM Rastra.
In these activities, several questions arose, how did the recipient determination, when the BDT data collection, why rice became 10 Kg from the previous 15 Kg, to the mechanism of change of KPM Rastra.
Semua pertanyaan yang timbul dalam pertemuan tersebut dapat terjawab dengan baik dan masyarakatpun telah paham tentang pelaksanaan program dari pemerintah tersebut.
All questions that arise in the meeting can be answered well and masyarakatpun already understand about the implementation of the program from the government.
