How To Make Fried Chicken
The ingredients:
6 chicken legs (clean)
2 cloves of garlic (roughly chopped)
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 onion Bombay (sliced lengthwise)
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper powder
1 spring onion (sliced)
¼ teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon British soy sauce
5 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
¼ teaspoon pepper powder
Margarine to taste
¼ teaspoon granulated sugar
Oil to taste
How To Make Fried Chicken Butter:
1.Lumuri first chicken thigh with lemon juice, salt & pepper powder. Knead and then let stand for 30 minutes.
2.Take chicken thighs in the oil using medium heat. Wait until the color is golden yellow, lift & then drain first.
Heat the margarine, saute the onions along with the garlic until fragrant.
3.Include English soy sauce along with sweet soy sauce, salt & pepper powder and sugar. Stir until all the ingredients so well mixed.
4.Enter the fried chicken that was drained earlier with the leaves, stir until blended & lift.
5.Serve chicken while warm
