Sayur-sayuran sangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh, tubuh kita sangat membutuhkan sayuran terutama sayuran hijau, sayuran diperkaya dwngan berbagai macam vitamin dan karbohidrat, serta mengandung zat-zat yang berguna bagi tubuh kita

Sayur banyak macam ragam, antara lain bayam, toge, kol, bunga kol dan masih banyak lagi, yang pastinya kita dianjurkan banyak mengkonsumsi sayuran terutama yang berwarna hijau
