A good afternoon...
I try for Bolu Pandan Suji, it can be steamed or oven bro ...
Material:
2 cups of aqua flour
3 eggs
1 cup full of gulpas
75 ml of pandan suji water (a mixture of water, 2 leaves of pandan leaves for fragrances and 2 suji leaves for coloring, a squeeze blender)
150 ml of cooking oil
1 tsp SP
1/2 tsp backing powder
1/2 tsp vanilla, can skip
1tt of salt
Grated cheese for topping (may skip)
How to make :
- preheat the oven or steam
- Beat eggs, SP, salt and gulpas at high speed until they expand and crawl
- lower speed, add flour mixed with backing powder sifted, then pandan suji water then mix cooking oil for a while
- pour into a pan that has been smeared with margarine if steamed or smeared with margarine + sprinkles of flour if oven
- steamed (30 minutes) or dioven (40 minutes), if the maturity test is applied using sticks.
