Tahu Walik ala Ibuk Sambal Kecap

Ingredients
10 tofu pong fruit
4 tablespoons of flour
3 tablespoons of starch
1 scallion (thinly sliced)
250 ml of water

3 onion cloves
2 cloves of garlic

Ulek fine spice ingredients. Set aside.

Prepare a small pan. Add water, cook until cooked. Add fine spices, onions, salt and flavorings. Stir. Turn off the fire.
Enter flour. Stir well.
Add starch. Stir well.

Prepare a skillet that has oil. Wait for hot oil. Enter it one by one. Cook until cooked and don't go back and forth often.
Lift and drain. Walik tofu is ready to eat.
Sambal kecap: 1 thinly sliced red onion cloves, 4 red sliced cayenne, enough sweet soy sauce. Enter in 1 container.
