Definition of Will Power and Self-Discipline:
Will power is the ability to overcome laziness and delay. This is the ability to control or reject unnecessary or dangerous impulses. It is the ability to arrive at a decision and follow it with perseverance until it is completed successfully. It is the inner power that overcomes the desire to indulge in unnecessary and useless habits, and the inner strength that overcomes the emotional and mental mental struggle to take action. This is one of the cornerstones of success, both spiritual and material.
Self-discipline is the companion of will power. It helps anyone who has it with stamina to survive in whatever he does. It provides the ability to withstand pain and hardships, whether physical, emotional or mental. It provides the ability to resist early satisfaction, to get something better, but, that takes effort and time.
Everyone has an inner, subconscious, or subconscious mind, making them regret what they say or do before. On many occasions people do not think before talking or acting. By developing both powers, one becomes aware of the subconscious, inner impulse, and gains the ability to resist when it is not needed for his own good.
These two forces help us to choose our behavior and reactions instead of being ruled by them
This will not make your life boring. Instead, you will feel stronger, and will feel that is responsible for yourself and your environment, happy and satisfied.
