Breakfast drink

Hello my friends! If you like healthy food, then my smoothie is for you!!!
Every morning I drink a fresh smoothie made of fresh fruit. Squeezing out the orange juice. Add a banana. Peach. Plums. Melon.

These fruits we have now in a large assortment. I mix them in a blender. Add peeled walnuts and mix again in a blender. I pour into a large glass.
And this is my Breakfast. A year and a half I have Breakfast that way.
I used to add protein, but not at the moment. In the near future want to return to that, to acquire the protein and begin to prepare a smoothie with protein. Protein gives strength and contains protein, which is very necessary for our body at any age.
Helps our muscles and bones. Our brain. My advice to everyone is to try a fruit smoothie with protein!!!

Question, is fruit counted the same as if you are eating sugar or is fruit better in regards to spiking insulin??

@cryptozelda, thanks for your comment. due to the fact that I began to drink smoothies in the morning, I eat less sweet. I don't want them. And fruits fresh a new crop need to there is necessarily. I don't have diabetes, fortunately. For patients with diabetes, it may be best to consult a doctor. I wrote, as me helps this drink.
