½ kg campuran jeroan sapi
1 lidah sapi, potong kecil sesuai selera
1 batang serai, memarkan
2 cm jahe, memarkan
2 cm lengkuas, memarkan
1 lembar daun kunyit
4 lembar daun jeruk
500 ml air
50 gram tepung beras, di larutkan dengan sedikit air
Bahan dihaluskan :
4 cabai merah kering
5 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih2 sdt ketumbar, sangrai
1 sdt jintan bubuk, sangrai
5 cm kunyit
1 sdt garam
½ sdt merica bubuk
½ sdt gula pasir
Bahan Pelangkap :
ketupat atau lontong
bawang goreng untuk taburan
daun pisang, potong sesuai bentuk pinggan saji/ potong persegi
