Super economical soft donuts
For 28-30 donuts
Material:
2 egg yolks
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 tsp instant yeast / fermipan
500 grams of flour
250 ml of ice water
2 tablespoons margarine (melt)
1 tsp salt
250 ml of oil for frying
250 grams of refined sugar (sprinkles)
How to make:
Mix egg yolks, sugar, instant yeast. Stir well.
Add flour and water alternately little by little. Mix well and knead until half smooth.
Add margarine and salt. Knead until smooth
Cover the mixture with a damp cloth of 45-60 minutes until the dough expands 2-fold.
Squeeze the mixture then form round to 30 pieces. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Heat cooking oil over medium heat. Cut the dough with your fingers and fry until golden brown then drain.
After cold, give the toping of fine sugar or according to taste.
