SINGLE TIME VOLTAGE WITH SOUTH KOREA
Following the historic summit, North Korea confirmed that it had decided to move to the same time zone as South Korea as a gesture, and when it showed 23:30 local time on Friday, it brought the hours to 00:00 and equalized the time zone between the two countries.

FIRST PRACTICAL STEP
The Korea Center News Agency (KCNA) stated that the time zone difference between the two countries is equal to the "first practical step" that will accelerate the process of becoming a northern and southern one and equalizing differences. Pyongyang has set its time zone in 2015 by taking the time zone behind Seoul by 30 minutes.
