How To Keep Healthy Part (3)

I keep myself fit by eating moderately, taking regular exercise and getting enough rest. I get up early in the morning and jog about five or six miles every other day. I make sure that I get at least seven hours of sleep every night. I believe that health is one of the most important things in life. It is more precious than silver and gold. We can never be truly happy when we are suffering from ill health. In fact life becomes meaningless without health.
