I love fish in sour soup but not parrotfish! I can't believe that our new neighbor is ignorant of parrotfish. She gave this dish to us for free so I just ate it :-D
The two kinds of fishes above are alright for me to be cooked in sour soup but my favorite fishes are Grouper, Red Snapper, Trevaly and Emperor fish.
I like Parrotfish only when fried, grilled or cooked in coconut milk with vinegar.
