What is Moringa and Its Benefits?
It is widely cultivated in asia and a species of the genus moringa, which is only the genus in the family of Moringaceae. In English, we called it Drumstick tree. In the Philippines, we called it Malunggay. It is common in the asia and a popular vegetable in asian cuisine, The leaves is best to add in soups while the pods is ideal to add in vegetable stew or noodle dishes.

Consumed as : Fresh or Dried
Moringa is considered as a Superfoods. It has high in minerals and nutrients compare to the other vegetables. It can cure many diseases and a good source for lactation. This super vegetable has endless benefits.
