ဦးထိပ္၌ ေရစက္သြန္းခ် ထိမ္းျမားလက္ထပ္ျခင္း

To be a complete marriage ceremony, the bride and the groom have to do such activities as paying obeisance to the members of Sangha. Besides, they have to present offertories to the family Nat.
မဂၤလာအခမ္းအနားမ်ားတြင္ မဂၤလာသတို႔သားႏွင့္ သတို ့သမီးတို႔ ဘုရားအားကန္ေတာ့ျခင္း၊ လူႀကီးမိဘမ်ားအား ကန္ေတာ့ျခင္း၊ ရဟန္းသံဃာမ်ားအား မဂၤလာဆြမ္း ပင့္ဖိတ္ေကြၽးျခင္း စသည္တို႔ မလြဲမေသြ ျပဳလုပ္ရန္လိုၾက၏။ ထို႔အျပင္ ႏွစ္ဘက္မိဘမ်ားကလည္း ကိုးကြယ္သည့္ နတ္မ်ားကိုလည္း ပသပူေဇာ္ၾကသည္။

After marrying before a social mass, Daw Khin Mya Mar went and lived with her relatives. U Nyunt Hline filed a suit against his wife to be able to live husband and wife. His wife Daw Khin Mya Mar defended that though they got married, they had no sexual relation as husband and wife.

The Myanmar court of justice decided that even though they had no sex, they got married according to the Myanmar customary law, they had already become husband and wife.
သို႔ေသာ္လည္း ျမန္မာတရား႐ုံးမွ ျမန္မာဓေလ့ ထုံးတမ္းဥပေဒအရ ႏွစ္ဘက္မိဘေဆြမ်ိဳးတို႔ သေဘာတူ လက္ထပ္ထိမ္းျမားၿပီးပါက ကာမစပ္ယွက္မႈမ႐ွိသည့္တိုင္ လင္ႏွင့္္မယား အရာေျမာက္သည္ဟု အဆုံးအျဖတ္ေပးၾကသည္။
