Shapeshift doesn't publicly shows the orders it fulfils so there is no way to see what happened and you have to contact the shapeshift support but chances are you entered the wrong eth address to receive it.
Either way the problem is with the exchange and not with ethereum itself ;)

No, my address is correct and I already contacted Shapeshift. OK, Shapeshift has problem, not ETH has I agree with you. But, what about my ETH based tokens ? They are also not broadcasted. First tx was made by a third party Shapeshift, but, second tx was made by me. So, I'm astonished what really happened ?
Yesterday was the status.im ICO and the ethereum network was under a lot of load.
But then it will either come through later or it's still in your wallet and you can just try again...
