Yup all these dumb ICOs just cashed in and pretty much busted the network they are suppose to be building on. Hopefully this is a lesson to those who just randomly jump on any ICO. Count me in for grabbing some inexpensive coins though!
Right. Anytime people asked about ICOs I have to tell them wait for a product to come out before investing money. Hope this is a lesson to all.
ughh was going to grab some inexpensive coins myself when I noticed it takes 4 days to transfer into GDAX ahhh! and coinbase is down, so yeah. lol

Exactly. I keep moving more and more of my portfolio towards Steem and away from this nonsense.

It is truly a hassle! I love Coinbase but it's never there when I need it most. Maybe Charlie Lee left for a reason besides Litecoin.
seems like coinbase always goes down when there's multiple people on at the same time trying to buy and sell
this just going to convince some of our friends not to use coinbase like we told them not to because not dip-friendly for eager dip buyers.

Etheruem is taking a little dip because of that flash crash the other day....Just watch it gun back up to all time new highs once everyone forgets about the flash crash little worry...Still very BULLISH!

Also, there should be a betting platform so that people could bet which ICO is dumping the most coins on their own investors.

I know I shouldnt feel this way but im glad Eth is on the red for several days now, hope it keeps liek that until it gets closer to its real value.

I cant believe people are still using Coinbase -- I learned my lesson the first time the site shut down when Bitcoin last dropped. If they drop each time the market drops - You prob should look for another alternative... If you enjoy having your coins locked up and losing profits keep using coinbase...
It'll bounce back. This is good for those who wanted to catch it at a low point. The market is still in its early stages and ehtereum will be the most widely used crypto for at least a decade i believe until some new technology comes and blows it out the water. Etherum is my number one bet.
There is definitely enough demand for it to bounce back in general. But at any time a bunch of ico's could start selling their eth bringing more and more crashes.
The Art of Profit Taking.. See, unlike newer investments products, you can't separate your profit from your investment unless you SELL the product and then reinvest your original capital.. This creates a sell off (profit for the sellers when the price is high) and lower prices after the sell off (which allows them to re-enter the market at lower prices than would have been available if they hadn't sold-off their investment).. It happens on all trading exchanges in the financial markets and crypto-markets. Technical analysis can help in some instances but it's best to weigh in on your own risk tolerance and curb your 'greed' and profit-take on your own investments at set intervals -- that way you aren't fully exposed should the market move against you suddenly.

I got rid of my ETH near(ish) to the previous high.
It's "overbought" and underdeveloped I feel.
I'm sure it will back up. Get some now.
Be greedy when others are fearful...Never thought Id be able to get ethereum for 260 again, happy camper here
we are the dumb ones ..... the smart ones (big fish) are buying like there is no end ....
It's crazy to see how fast people panic sell and follow the trend whenever a couple of whales unload their shares. I'm holding strong onto my shares (I don't have any ETH, but others) and will ride this wave back up
Damn that would explain all of these recent falls in the ETH price - these pesky ETH-based ICOs are way too many (and in such a short amount of time!) and some of these even seem like scams. Right now, the only cryptos I'm invested in are Sia and STEEM. If I participate in any ICOs in the near future, it will probably be Filecoin or IPFS. Hoping for a bull market to emerge soon - we'll see!
All ICO projects will continue to hurt Ehereum..
