Vitalik Meets With Putin To Discuss Ethereum

I was looking at cointelegraph and came across an article where Putin endorses Ethereum. In my oppinion, this is looking very bullish for Etheruem. What do you think? Article is linked below.

This could be huge thing for etherium but major problem is, how will Russia and countries around the world interfere with their tax laws and blockchains but till that point there is enough time to enjoy freedom we have

Russia has great people in the IT branche and they take advantage of the great technology behind Ethereum.

Interesting, but what does endorse really mean in this case? Is it just a lack of attempting to make it illegal?
