I sold before I went to bed and bought them right back when I woke up. Regretted my decision to sell very quickly and didn't loose anything actually gained a little. not much though. Need to remember what my buddy @IR3m0del says " If you believe in it just keep investing for the long run."

Been there, done that, unfortunately :( In this case i actually stayed up all night .... and still didn't make the best trades I could!
Sorry to hear that. You can't always win but you can always try to minimize your loss.
