Yes. From a btc standpoint steem is still below it's btc value this summer. I think it has a lot of room to grow and for whatever reason is a slow grower and is lagging behind right now. Maybe because of the growth of sbd splitting the money going into Steem.
All just speculation really so take this with a grain of salt lol.
