Haha that places you in the majority. While I was researching SpringRole and its impact, I came across a Gallup poll that showed more than 80% of Americans hate their job--not dislike, but genuinely hate. I am sure most of the world faces a similar dilemma.
But I think the issue is that roles and skill sets are improperly matched. That impacts the economy, of course, but it also straight-up makes people hate their job. Hopefully, SpringRole can pave the way for proper matching of skill sets with the aid of valid endorsements.
