Mastercard, Cisco Systems Join Ethereum Enterprise Alliance!

Ethereum is starting to really gain some recognition finally as more than 30 more members have recently joined this week, including such giants as MasterCard, Cisco Systems, even the INDIAN GOVERNMENT! This story seems to have been buried by the wave of SegWit articles but this is HUGE NEWS people! This brings the total number of members in the Ethereum Enterprise Alliance to over 150.

Large brands such as MasterCard, Cisco Systems, IBM, Microsoft, J.P. Morgan and even Intel are legitimizing the cryptocurrency world as people are finally beginning to see its usefulness. It may be a matter of years until more corporations and governments decide to come along with these trailblazers but this is a very prominent start for the alliance. We have some of the biggest names in the world backing Ethereum development now and its only going to get bigger over time.

The Indian Government is the second government to join the EEA, after the State of Illinois joined back in May of this year. This is a very important step as this means that governments are beginning to see the legitimacy and potential of this amazing technology. Once more people begin to recognize the EEA Ethereum's popularity is going to skyrocket again, making the $420 high mark seem like child's play.

Ethereum now has the largest corporate backing of any cryptocurrency and is beginning to form some very important connections among some of the top companies in the world. This is definitely something to keep an eye on as Ethereum sets the stage to take over a significant share of Bitcoin's wealth one day.
