I cannot see what cards you have, but the eth swap to PoS is still a ways off. So you have a few options check whattomine.com and do whatever is top there, altho with your hash rate payouts will make it pretty non effective. Choose a coin you think is promising and PoW and aim at that. Or you could take a gamble on some lesser known coins and build up some alt coins you think could moon. And you could always try and flip the rig if applicable.
