HTC showcased a new smartphone called Exodus, which is equipped with blockchain technology. Unfortunately the Taiwanese company is still not provide clear information related to the smartphone.
Existing information mentions that HTC Exodus is designed as a complementary smartphone blockchain ecosystem. In it is filled with various applications and special security technology.
Some of these are Decentralized Applications (DApps), applications running on peer-to-peer (P2P) networks; Universal Wallet; data storage and identity in smartphone; and enable the smartphone to be one of the nodes in the blockchain chain.
"We are very excited that Exodus will support the basic protocols of Bitcoin, Lightning Networks, Ethereum, Dfinity and others," said HTC Vive Founder Headset VIV, Phill Chen, as quoted by KompasTekno from The Next Web on Thursday (5/17/2018).
Currently the form of HTC Exodus smartphone is still not known clearly. The company only released a sketch of components and rear casing only, without additional specification information.
Users who are really curious about this product seem to have to wait a long time to be able to see the original form.
