So by buying ROCK token you will be able to get into ICOs and presales faster and cheaper and have many other privilages. Other than this you are getting on platform made pretty much by a stock exchange itself which is a game changer.

Also if you register before 4th Feb 11:59:59 UTC you will get free 50 RKT. I assume registration just means you will use the exchange in future and doesnt mean you have to buy tokens - but i may be wrong. Still i see this ICO as interesting concept and you have time to do research and decide.

Will everyone in possession of the token have to be qualified as a proper investor? I would imagine that anyone that owns the token will need to be qualified.

Gibraltar is a well known tax haven, so it'll be interesting to see how it goes for these guys and why they chose that location.

In order to have a fully regulated blockchain exchange they need to function according to the frameworks set by the government which come into effect from 1st of JAN 2018.
Regarding Tax Haven, well I was curious but looks like since Gibraltar being such a small jurisdiction, companies can influence the legislation and get favourable laws passed.
I'm wary of platforms which attempt to bridge gaps between the legacy financial system and the decentralized one. Even if I gain from ICOs or tokens like Ripple and Stellar, is it really for the better of the greater movement? That's why I like $LDOGE and coins like it. Steem also. Fast transaction times, ability for the average investor to earn dividends / stake / mine. This one seems like a step backwards.
