The solution to this potential disruption is to do an instant conversion of dollars to cryptodollars on a fork of the ethereum or bitcoin blockchain. I have long felt that the anonymity of blockchain transactions was a bad thing for the ecosystem. The problem can be solved by any of the transactional entities, like exchanges or banks, refusing to validate transactions that don't have a traceable identity - traceable to an actual person. The invalidated transactions could go to the UN for charitable purposes and programs. Trading crypto on exchanges that don't support the "commons" would be a clear indication of a desire to flout national regulations for "common" interests and these exchanges themselves could be taxed or regulated out of business.
