Thank you for this comment. I agree with you that we are in the infancy and people are getting swept up and super excited about a technology that is kinda moving at a snails pace. Most of these devs spend more time chatting and gossiping than working. haha. I'm guilty right now of taking some down time to write articles and chat with folks.
My challenge is finding solid documentation on any blockchain technology to develop from. Many give zero practical examples and unless you understand their blockchain thoroughly you just spin your wheels trying to make things work. Ethereum does have fairly good documentation and people that will give advice or help with coding issues. Most people I have met are friendly and willing to help. Where as other platforms are extremely centralized from a development stand point and not very helpful.
One of the biggest problems Blockchain tech faces is scaleability and that is on every platform. One thing that will resolve this but also destroy existing blockchain tech is quantum computing which we could see in about 2 years not that they have developed nano chips. I look forward to seeing how the security of all of these chains holds up to the computing processing of quantum computing!
