I wasn't there, so I don't know, but I read things and it has an impact when it comes from certain people.

He didn't actually own a company called "Vaporware Inc.", his company was alleged to have been seeking funding for vaporware or perhaps something unattainable by some knowledgeable people's standards would be a more polite way to put it.

The fact stands that "vaporware" was the word used to describe it by others.
