If you follow development on Ethereum than you most likely heard about the awesome team from prysmatic labs who created the Topaz Testnet where you can setup a beacon node and validator to test the upcoming staking functionality once Ethereum consensus moves from Prof of Work(POW) to Proof of Stake(POS).

I followed the well written instructions and managed to setup a validator with actual 3 key-pairs.

The beauty is that you can closely follow how you perform staking wise. Since I am running the validator on my mac and don't have it on all the time my staking results are not very good. For that reason I am planning to buy either a Mac Mini or Intel NUC so I can leave the client running 24/7.

Income is negative since my machine is not running all the time
Once I have my new machine running I share the stats and expect they will look much better.
