I would like to tell you about Etherparty.io..
Etherparty is a platform developed by Vanbex Group (check out the list of projects they have worked with https://www.vanbex.com/portfolio) that will allow users to launch their own Ethereum smart contracts.
The goal is to enable people without deep technical expertise to start developing distributed applications, much like WordPress enables people without experience in web development to launch websites.
The platform is currently a web application in which users manually fill out required fields, but they plan to launch a mobile app and add drag-and-drop interaction.
Etherparty will also launch with a small smart contract library that they plan to expand in the future. Smart contracts can be security tested on an Ethereum testnet and deployed on the mainnet. In the future, they plan to expand to Rootstock.

Kevin Hobbs CEO responded in an AMA session in Slack and Telegram.
He had a brief look at Blockcat (on the spot) and he says it looks like its just on way. There are no other parties allowed in the contract. They are only holding funds.
No oracles to execute contracts
He will have this team do a comparison to be more precise on the differences.
Its probably best to join the Telegram channel, they have hit over 100 members!
