But usually, we will be limited to eating certain foods. In fact, there are many that usually have to be removed in the daily menu.

But, the main key weight is ideal on our breakfast menu. Try to start the day with a mushroom portion. That can help you lose a few pounds of weight. Is there a special mushroom that we can consume? Here's the explanation.

Mushrooms make you feel full after breakfast from bacon or sausage - even if the same amount of calories consumed.

Researchers claim, if we eat mushrooms, toast or omelets, will prevent the arrival of hunger. And these foods can make you feel full longer. So decrease your desire to eat in the near future.

This research has been conducted by researchers at the University of Minnesota. And the research is funded by the Mushroom Council, which suggests that fungi can fight dementia.

"Previous studies on fungi have shown that, they can be fuller than meat, but this effect has not been studied with the amount of protein, which is appropriate until now," says Professor Joanne Slavin.

How is the research done? The study, published in Appetite, matches mushrooms and meat with the amount of their protein. Which is the best macronutrient and calorie.

The study was conducted on 32 volunteers, assessed within 10 days.

They eat 226 grams of white button mushrooms or 28 grams of lean beef, twice a day. The results showed a significant difference, in the feeling of satiety between fungi and meat consumption.

More evidence
Mary Jo Feeney, of the Mushroom Council, said the findings add to evidence showing the health benefits of fungi.
"Mushrooms can help reduce weight and satiety, thereby contributing to overall health.Consumers are interested in the benefits of protein food choices, so it's important for them to know there is a source of vegetable protein, like mushrooms," Mary says.
