Games is the process of entertainment and exercise. Each and every people like to play games. People can play the game in two types of categorized that is indoor and outdoor. The outdoor games such as volleyball, basketball, badminton, hockey, etc. And, indoor games are chess which increases the mind in challenging with other, ludo, dice, tennis, etc. are played inside the room. The people likes the both two types of games. We need to play the games with friends. We can learn how to be fair in our life and win the games, we must work for a hand.

It is necessary for the exercise. People do exercise for our health. The fat people play more games for losing their fatness or weight which makes them walk easily. Generally, many people can play the games to increase the height.
