BENEFITS OF YOGA:
•Youthful limberness and flexibility.
•Relief from tension and stress
•Increased energy levels and overall radiance in body
•General improvement of blood circulation
•It mat relieve problems with the reproductive organs.

Yoga refers to traditional physical and mental disciplines originating in India. The word is associated with meditative practice in Hinduism,Buddhism and Hinduism. Yoga is a spiritual practise in Hinduism is a form of purely physical exercise. Yoga may derive from "yujir samadhau" which means "contemplation or absorption.

Yoga is a healing system of theory and practice. It is a combination of breathing exercises, physical postures and meditation. If you try yoga I will sure you guys you will release your stress and you will find the peace of mind.

Yoga helps develop flexibility of our body and joints. It's a program to designed exert subtle pressure on the glands of our body. Yoga develops inner strength and mental balance assential to achieving inner peace and tranquility fortifies the body againts stress, they not only focus on optimum glandular secretions but on the curative effects of the hormones on the current illness or bodily weakness.
