:) hihi! all of u look really nice. u look really good, as in not overweight or too skinny.. in fact, your arms/shoulders look especially strong.. I see most girls are not strong at all in upperbody. I also need to start again with my workouts. We both can do it! (and I don't even blame the rice, white or brown? how about NO RICE?? is that possible for a pinoy?)

do I look strong? Thankyou 😜 after reviewing for board exam years ago, I got really fat especially because I always eat whenever I'm stressed out. Thankfully, I was abe to lose some fats after constant exercise.
And uhmmm, NO RICE? I can't really promise that I can do that. Pinoy can't live without rice hahaha! Maybe what I can do instead is to just limit the rice intake for the day. We shouldn't punish ourselves just to be fit. 🤣Yes game na!!! ❤
