I was surprised to read "that in our greatest effort, we are actually 40% of our capacity", just today in the morning I experienced it during a climb to a small hill.

Thanks! It just goes to show that a lot of what you think is at your limit is a mental block put on by your body or mind - really to help you from stressing too much.
