The Poolside Body Weight Workout!
I debated posting this workout that I filmed last september while on holiday! Part of me felt like it was too depressing to watch the beautiful blue skys and the pool when we're all stuck inside...
But part of me loves to remember the fun times! So here is it, the body weight only, poolside workout (pool optional). Make it as hard as you want by repeating between once and five times!
