Yeah... Its really good to be doing exercise, it keeps you fit and strong. Although it's not an easy task but it requires consistency. It will get to a time when you will feel like to quit. But you know what, consistency is the key

couldnt agree more! consistency is really the key if you want to see improvements. it's not magic. doing workouts or exercising is really better when you have someone to workout with because you'll feel motivated and you won't quit easily. thanks!
