I love love love your post. I love jogging as well, sometimes i have to force myself to go, but when i do, something magical takes place in the mind, especially if the environment is as beautiful as the pics above. I was over weight at the time i was jogging, I use to ask my self "how bad do you want change" lol, but it kept me going.
Thank you so much for reading! I understand the forcing thing, however, running is so meditative. Bruce Lee said, “long term consistency trumps short term intensity”. You should be very proud of yourself for all of the great changes you’ve made for the health of your body. Running is a perfect addition to any work out regime for it not only keeps you in shape but also allows for an emotional release of static energy, leaving you refreshed. Keep up the good work @nickall
