Establishing routines! Did 15 minutes of X2 Yoga this morning, went to gym a couple hours later, lifted weights and rode the Arc Trainer for 30 minutes. Ran a quarter mile on the track. And I’ve eaten well today. Gotta get rid of my fat face! No more beer.
