Well, if you really wants to lose your fatty stomach, Just drink warm water at morning without brash. It will helps you alot to maintain your fat lavel.

I like your content bcz I also loose 20kg of weight by doing same what's in your content but there is one thing is missing which is kcal dafisit.
Some people can not loos fat due to kcal abusing and they think that a fatty person can never be fit.
