My Daily Home Workout Exercises

Happy Weekend Everyone! I trust your weekend is going well. It hasn't been easy at all, I miss this platform. I hope to be here always as usual.

Anyway, I want us to talk about our favorite exercise, you know health is wealth and I'll urge everyone to keep on keeping fit. Endeavour to engage in one or more exercises daily for a perfect health. Eat right too especially fruits and vegetables.

Now that's enough with my talk😅 Time to proceed with the main deal. Here's my favorite exercises... unfortunately it's not one Sha😉

  1. Heel Touch: This particular exercise all you need is simply a mat. Then lie down on your back with your leg bent and your hands by your sides. To start simply lift your upper body off the floor and make your hands get to your heel simultaneously.

  1. Wall Push Up: If you can't do the main push up, then this is a great alternative for you to engage in every morning. How to do it - Take a stand in front of a wall🕴️with just one take further from it. Then straight out your hands to touch the wall and lift your heels.
    Gently bend your elbows and press your upper body forward that's towards the wall without moving from the standing spot. Then, push back and repeat the exercise as many times as you want. Also, don't forget to keep your body straight.

  1. Plank: This is the last part, very good for the abdomen, it helps strengthen it...flat Tommy buddies 😉😅PLANK. How to engage in it, you simply need a mat to lie down(not totally) on with your toes and forearms on the ground. The toes and forearms will help lift you up a bit from the ground. Keep on with this position for as long as you can.

These are great homework exercise, you don't need special fitness equipment for it. I always do them every morning before proceeding with my daily activities. HEALTH IS WEALTH!💪
