I haven't shared my activities in a while, but that doesn't mean I haven't been running every weekend though. Am trying to keep myself in marathon shape for a possible crack at the 42km distance this year.
Today's run was simply a continuation of that agenda as I sought to put more miles in my legs. It was a relatively relaxed run on asphalt and the only thing I probably would've loved to improve was the time.
All in, it was a solid run on asphalt and I'll be looking for more of the same tomorrow.
A marathon is a major activity, you should have to increase your mileage substantially 🙁
Am a bit restricted because of work. I've decided to do 15-20k per run every week though and see where it leads.
