I just finished a 6.07km run that lasted about 0hh:47mm:53ss !
Good evening guys, today's weather was hot and humid at 28 degree celsius. Did my easy 6km at the park and I finished off with 50 push ups and 50 crunches. As usual had a cup of long black coffee before the run.

Yea buddy.. i have a lot of them. Mostly were past marathon "event vests"from the races i registered.😊
